The terms that govern your use of Siliquore AI and our services.
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between AllTekkies Services Pvt. Ltd. ("AllTekkies", "we", "our", "us") and you ("User", "Client", "you") when using the Siliquore AI platform and associated services.
AllTekkies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Siliquore AI after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Use of the Platform
Siliquore AI is a B2B automation platform. By using it, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform
- Not use the platform to process data in violation of applicable laws
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
3. Account Access & Onboarding
Access to Siliquore AI is granted following a successful enquiry, demo, or agreed commercial arrangement. We may require identity verification and basic business information before granting platform access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Admin credentials must be kept secure and not shared with unauthorised individuals.
4. Fees and Payment
- Pricing is agreed in advance and communicated before service commencement
- Full payment is required by the agreed deadline; late payments may result in suspension of service
- All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways - we do not store card details
- Payment disputes between you and your bank are your responsibility; we will cooperate in good faith to resolve issues
- Invoices are issued electronically and must be settled within the stated payment terms
5. Scope of Services
Siliquore AI provides AI agents for business automation including (but not limited to) customer engagement, marketing campaigns, invoicing, bookkeeping, HR document generation, and product catalogue management. Specific features available depend on the service plan agreed.
We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue specific agents or features with reasonable notice. We will always aim to provide equivalent functionality where features are changed.
6. Intellectual Property
- All platform code, AI models, templates, agent logic, and content are the intellectual property of AllTekkies Services Pvt. Ltd.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business operations
- You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our platform or content without written consent
- Data and content you provide through the platform remains your property; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the services
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of Siliquore AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties for their own purposes.
8. Uptime & Service Availability
We target high availability for the Siliquore AI platform but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including third-party infrastructure outages, force majeure, or cyber attacks).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- AllTekkies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated outputs before using them in critical business decisions
- Our total liability to you in any calendar year shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in that year
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use Siliquore AI to:
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) without recipient consent
- Process sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without appropriate safeguards and our prior written agreement
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension of access without refund.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service arrangement with reasonable written notice as agreed in the service contract. Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for 30 days. We will securely delete your data thereafter unless legally required to retain it.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. For international clients, we will work in good faith to resolve disputes through negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
